Mother's day, Work, School

This is the Mother's day card I bought for Mom, I got the last one! Seeing that every other card like it was a birthday card I decided that I would break the tradition and get a pop-up one.
This is where I work, I do laundry, Eat, Do home work and Fold clothes. Sounds a lot like home, I just get paid haha.
We Slide there card and have touch screens to check them in and out with. But we mainly use it to look up people we know and to pull up their student ID pictures. Its our own little stocker net in the Locker room.
This was Chanae before She went out for a girls night (while I worked) Thats usually how it goes. Her roommates aren't getting tired of me anymore because I have to go to work when they want to play with Chanae. It's a delicate balance that we have to keep.
Every time we close I am soooo tempted to jump in and swim for a while. No one is there, its dark and the only light is coming from the pool....soo cool.
This is the New MC to the left (outside the picture) is a HUGE food court but for some reason we dont have any franchises in there so its just good school food. and the place is relatively quiet due to the carpet and acoustics of the building.
They are going to build an amptheatre out there. it should be done by the end of the fall semester so I hear.
The new skywalk. its really warm. It links the MC to the Library.
the "C" Mom made for Chanae's Birthday. She pulls it out every now and then and oooos and awes lol Her Mom Really liked it too. Speaking of which, I think I hit it off really well with her Mom this week. I was nervous at the beginning but today when Chanae was at class I took her to great Harvast and we got a muffin and sticky buns and talked about how She can tell that Chanae is relaxing a lot more since I have started to date her and that everyone at home can tell that there is something more easy going and receptive about her. Her Mom and I had a lot in common actually. She grew up in Hawaii and had nearly all the korean food I have had, even the crazy stuff! We high fived a lot while Chanae rolled her eyes. I think the kicker was when we played Apples to Apples. I would almost always pick her Mom's card and She Would almost always pick mine hahaha. I think I left a good impression. We'll see tomorrow though when its discussed over the dinner table. Chanae promised to fill me in on how I did.

7 week schedule, pay attention

Hey eveyone! sorry its been soo long since I have posted last, this semester has been pretty crazy. I work about 17 hours a week, have 6 classes and try to balance homeowork with time I can spend with Chanae haha. Classes are going pretty good, I have A's and High High B's. Work is really good, I really like all the guys I work with. I work with two premies who are sooo excited to go so its fun to pass the time talking about missionary experiences. Past 10pm nobody really makes the effort to come to the gym or to play sports so its just us in the locker room trying to stay sane.

I met Chanae's mom this week. She is visiting from Arkansas to take her back with her over the weekend to go to some doctors appointments and to meet with her Lawyers and stuff like that. She will be back on Wednesday so it will give me some time to get ahead on my homework! haha.

Chanae is doing well! We are having a blast up here and even though we are working through our share of miscommunications we are both confident that things are going to end up the way they should. I'm pretty sure her Mom likes me haha. Chanae tells me she does and I have a class with one of her roommates who says that she only says good things about me when they talk about me so thats always good.

I got accepted to go to Denver for a career expedition which means I pay $300 and they fly me and 30 other students to Denver to visit major companies to be interviewed and potentially make connections for an internship.

I have no idea what job I am going to do when I graduate from my schooling or even what graduate school direction I should take. So I am curious to know what you guys see me doing. Let me know. Chanae and I are coming into town for memorial day weekend! Here is a rundown of the next 6 weekends for us.

Home adventure between semesters

A week of no shaving...
It does this to you!
I visited mom at work, she made a pretty sweet "C" for Chanae's Birthday cake on the 21st. She didnt want her picture taken but when you hold the camera, anything is possible.
Granpa's Birthday, pre Birthday
I fixed a sprinkler for grandpa for the second time. I think there might be more fixing in the future. lol
Kahoots wings!!
Cathy working on some crystals.
Kahoots bread pudding. soooo gooooood.
Jason invited me to play a game of indoor soccer with his team. We were winning for a good portion of the game and then the other team tied it up the last 3 seconds of the game to 5-5. Jason wasnt very happy but we got in the hot tub after and that felt soo good cuz my legs were killing me!~
I think she's warming up to me.
She is by far the easiest baby to make smile. you just have to look at her and she gets this HUGE grin on her face. I love it.
Im growing my beard out this week
Dad made some really good Chili in his pressure cooker.
On Saturday we went to the driving range and Dad out drove me everytime haha
before then we helped fix Anna Mercer's fence with the High priest
Walmart parking lot.....need i say more?

Soccer

Chanae and I went on date where we would take pictures of random things that started with the letters of the alphabet. This one was "B" for Balloon. We had a ton of fun and sometimes got some pretty strange looks. They were just jealous we looked so good...
I have become their 7th roommate and have obtained the name "Dad" because I make them wear their seat belts and watch their language haha thats how it started anyway, I think now it's just because Chanae and I are the only couple in the apt. haha
This one was "C" for cupcake. This is at the Cocoa Bean. It's a hot chocolate place in town where they make really good cupcakes and they special blend their cocoa beans by roasting them. Sooooo gooood.
This is me at my last game in our soccer tourney. I made it to the quarterfinals before we lost. I scored a goal this game that was pretty sweet. Chanae took the pics as best she could, my camera doesn't do motion very well.
So I found this one too, Justin his date Maiken, Chanae and I went shooting one night and I took the picture just in time to catch Justin's flash from his pistol that he was shooting! Very rare for a random hapinstance.
Another one of me shooting the ball. This girl was super agressive...
I drink water when I play...
My name is Jonathan, and I'm a mormon

So last night Chanae and I and her roommates went and saw Country Strong. Good music, terrible movie ha ha. So we got free popcorn with our ticket and we were eating it before we sat down. I ended up with both bags during the movie and while I was enjoying my half soggy buttered popcorn I had the thought, " hey I don't remember seeing them put butter on this stuff..." it dawned on me that it wasn't actually butter that was making it soggy, it was when Chanae had been eating the popcorn off the top, with her tongue.

Tithing subsidized candy and subliminal messages.

So you might have to look closely for this one but as I was doing family history at church on Sunday, I had the strangest impression that something was telling me to get married....If it was only as easy as clicking a button haha. (dont think that I am in a huge rush, for strictly comical purposes were the last comments posted. Postings may or may not reflect personal opinion or feeling)

So I was in the Taylor building, getting ready to go to class when I noticed something unique about the candy machine. This school is great! Not only are we getting tuition cheaper, even our candy supply is being subsidized!

Shooting with Justin and His up and runnig Montero

So Justin and his friend Kelsey and I went shooting on Saturday. It was sooo cold. Justin showed us his guns and we had a really good time. He set two glass bottles about 40 feet away from her and gave her the pistol. all we heard was CRACK!CRACK! and she had shot both of them super fast haha we were all impressed. But she is from California so....
Justin really really wanted to shoot out the top of his 4 person sun roof. I told him to give me a smoldering look. I think he pulled it off haha. It was soooo cold that day that we couldnt feel our fingers when we loaded the clips and 22s.
I don't know if he hit anything but he definitly felt good driving his fixed up car and shooting guns out the top. What guy wouldn't feel like a man when you have a cute girl, a gun and an off roading car that you build haha. What a studd.

BOISE WEEKEND!

They Sell Yos at Costco!! If any of you wondered what I slept on while I served my mission, you are looking at them. you might have had the idea that I had to roll out some bamboo mat on a dirt floor, hoping that mice wouldn't nibble my skin off the bottom of my feet. Not so. We would sleep on these guys. When mom saw it, she said, "I thought you slept on the floor." Until I put it flat on the ground and you could see that the bad was only 4 inches thick. And when you actually used it you were on the floor. Go Costco.
This is the Mt. View Jazz choir singing during the Valentines Dinner show. Dont be fooled, non of them are above 5' 5". Can you spot snookie? tisk tisk.
When we got there Jake and Kyle and I looked like thugs haha. We just strolled in and were promptly stopped by some concerned moms asking what we needed. When they recognized Jake (cuz his dad is the Choir director) we were treated like kings, sat up in the front, and were given HUGE portions of food.
This is waht they gave us for dinner, for free... supplied by Golden Corral I think. All I know is that it hit the spot and it was way better than the food I remember eating when I was in the Jazz Choir.
I set out to see Jake and Kyle (Interstate) play at the Library Coffee house but when I got there they were having a meeting because they had shown up to play a week early haha. So we went to Mt. View to crash the Dinner show.
Earlier that day we went to Kristin and Kenley's house and watched Bella eat soap bubbles and Cora supply them
Bella blowing leaves, I guess she does this a lot.

Going in for the Kill
