BOISE WEEKEND!

They Sell Yos at Costco!! If any of you wondered what I slept on while I served my mission, you are looking at them. you might have had the idea that I had to roll out some bamboo mat on a dirt floor, hoping that mice wouldn't nibble my skin off the bottom of my feet. Not so. We would sleep on these guys. When mom saw it, she said, "I thought you slept on the floor." Until I put it flat on the ground and you could see that the bad was only 4 inches thick. And when you actually used it you were on the floor. Go Costco.
This is the Mt. View Jazz choir singing during the Valentines Dinner show. Dont be fooled, non of them are above 5' 5". Can you spot snookie? tisk tisk.
When we got there Jake and Kyle and I looked like thugs haha. We just strolled in and were promptly stopped by some concerned moms asking what we needed. When they recognized Jake (cuz his dad is the Choir director) we were treated like kings, sat up in the front, and were given HUGE portions of food.
This is waht they gave us for dinner, for free... supplied by Golden Corral I think. All I know is that it hit the spot and it was way better than the food I remember eating when I was in the Jazz Choir.
I set out to see Jake and Kyle (Interstate) play at the Library Coffee house but when I got there they were having a meeting because they had shown up to play a week early haha. So we went to Mt. View to crash the Dinner show.
Earlier that day we went to Kristin and Kenley's house and watched Bella eat soap bubbles and Cora supply them
Bella blowing leaves, I guess she does this a lot.

Marshmallow and Spaghetti Castles

Stacie and I with our Castle
A snap shot of me (from the car) placing it on some guys door because Stacie swore she saw someone inside lol. (laugh out loud((for mom)))

This is our poem, I came up with the first line, she did the second and so on.

The finished product! The thin spaghetti and stale discounted marshallows made for a fun but frustrating castle building time. Ha ha abotu the 50th spaghetti snap into it I was about to suggest something different. But we held on and resorted to paper walls instead of more stale marshmallows. Marshmallows = $0.80 Spaghetti= $0.90

Stacie called me Justin by accident, which is a really funny inside joke.

Over haulin'

On Saturday about 2 weeks ago now, Justin and I (mainly Justin) attempted to put this engine in a project car of his. Justin is really good with cars and makes decent money off of his hard work.
We were trying to get it done all in a day because Justin had to take the hoist back because it was a rental.
We didn't get it in that day because we put it togeather in the wrong order ha ha so Justin has plans on getting it done this up and coming Saturday. But we still had fun doing it.
Justin started in the morning and I came from about 12:00 until it got dark! Outside, in the snow, greasy and sweaty, torquen metal. Pure Studs.

I dont think 6 hours of sleep and 2 hours worth of naps equal 8 hours of sleep.

So this is my way of taking a crack at keeping in touch with my sisters and parents mainly. It's nice to talk on the phone and all that but I realized that I am checking my Facebook a lot more than anything else. Shelly just got one I saw and I am happy to say we are "officially" friends.
