Today Emily was released back into our little abode in East 8. We were pretty excited to get back but met some amazing nurses and doctors in the ICU. Emily still gets to gave her little pain med button but she hardly needs to use it.
We also got to spend some much needed time together with Jack. That was a lot of fun to snuggle with him. Emily still had some chemo today and might still have some tomorrow as well. If all goes well, we will be out of the hospital for a few weeks on July 12th or 13th.
So happy to hear Emily got released and reunited with Jack, beautiful photos! P.S. Kenley loves your mask and wants one. He wants baby Jack too!

ReplyDeleteI love that you are taking such candid fun pictures. Emily feeding Jack is such a beautiful one. I also love Emily's bracelet and necklace. Is there a story behind them? They are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI love this post! Emily, motherhood looks so good on you. :) You are going to treasure these pictures some day. Take in every moment with Jack because they seriously go by so quickly. Before you know it he'll be 3 years old wanting to play "pretty kitty."
